Breck Powers, CGR, GMB, CAPS
Breck Powers has been involved with the remodel and building industry most of his life, and because of his extensive experience and education he is the owner and president of LBJ Construction, a remodeling, custom home and new construction company. Driven to be the best at remodeling and building, and to serve his clients with excellence, Breck regularly endeavors to expand his knowledge base and skill set. Through the National Association of Home Builders, which recognizes excellence and professionalism within the building industry, he has earned the prestigious designations of Certified Graduate Remodeler (CGR), Graduate Master Builder (GMB), and Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist (CAPS). With great leadership skills, Breck has served on the GHBA Remodelers Council board of directors as chair and as the council’s president. He has also served on the board of the Greater Houston Builders Association and the Texas Association of Builders. Though these accomplishments are very rewarding, Breck’s greatest professional joy is being involved with the building and remodeling of homes and improving the lives of his customers.

Rick Crawford
Rick Crawford has more than 33 years of experience in the remodel and building industry. He is a graduate of Bellaire High School and attended Sam Houston State University. He is currently completing course work to achieve his Certified Graduate Remodeler designation from the National Association of Home Builders. Rick has practical experience in every aspect of the construction process from design to framing. He has spent the majority of his career as a project superintendent for residential remodeling. Rick’s attention to detail and courteous disposition are his greatest strengths. Clients appreciate his ability to generate the highest level of quality while overseeing their projects. He continually exhibits patience and creative thinking, even in the most challenging situations. The result of this has been and continues to be customers who feel very comfortable with Rick and use him as a resource long after their project is complete.

Stuart Ellis
Stuart Ellis has been doing remodel and new construction for more than 15 years. He received a degree from Bellville High School and afterward was a top ten percent graduate from Wyoming Technical Institute. He spent seven years as a project superintendant for a major home builder, where he was responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of the entirebuilding process. Stuart has experience with managing all sizes of remodel and building projects, everything from a single home to completing the build out of an entire planned community. As a significant contributor to the LBJ Construction team, Stuart has led the way with an enthusiastic attitude and a strong work ethic. We rely heavily on his ability as a superintendent to handle any assignment he is given, including but not limited to restoration or remodel of historical home, remodeling multifamily residential properties, custom home building, and commercial office buildings.

Jason Vorce
Jason Vorce has over 10 years of experience as a superintendent and project manager with remodeling, custom home building, and commercial build out. Jason's career began with hands-on electrical experience with commercial and residential construction in Las Vegas, Nevada. He is currently furthering his education about remodeling/building and business/project management by seeking his Certified Graduate Remodeler designation through the National Association of Home Builders. We value Jason’s people skills and his talent for building confident relationships with both our clients and coworkers. As a superintendent he is organized and fastidious, subsequently, his jobsare completed on time and on budget. He continually meets client and company expectations due to his drive to improve company systems for strategic planning, job development, and project inspections, and client relations. Jason is passionate about staying at the forefront of the building industry.

Bryan Dominguez
Construction is an integral part of Bryan Dominguez’s career, and with10+ years of work experience, his skill-set is extensive. Previously, he worked for a construction company as a project manager, CAD draftsman, and illustrator. He went on to become founder and principle of his own company and now understands the intricacies of running a business. Subsequently, Bryan worked as a project consultant, estimator and trades manager for a company that specializes in home renovation. His artistic ability is underscored by his fine arts studies at Stephen F. Austin State University. Currently, Bryan Dominguez heads up a new division of LBJ Construction that focuses on providing homeowners with reliable and cost-effective home maintenance. With creativity and vision, Bryan is promoting LBJ Home Services by designing unique marketing materials, connecting with previous clients, and introducing potential clients to the quality work that LBJ offers. As well, he maintains a position within LBJ Construction as an estimator.

James Marz
Born and raised in Houston Texas, James Marz has been in the construction industry for most of his life. Early in his career, James worked for his family’s company doing antique restoration, house hold repairs, and metal finishing and fabrication. After running his own company for several years, James worked for a major electrical firm working primarily in the River Oaks and Memorial areas. During that time, he gained extensive knowledge in electrical work and obtain his Journeyman license. James’ duties at LBJ consist of assisting project managers in the day-to-day operations of all remodel and new construction projects. He also does general repair work and fabrication. James’ strong suit is problem solving, therefore, his ability to work through issues has served LBJ and our clients well.

Sue Sebo
Sue Sebo, LBJ's office manager, grew up in Wyoming but has lived in many different locations across the nation. After receiving her Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from the University of Wyoming she moved to Denver to work as a supervisor for a home improvement retailer for several years. Subsequently, she was offered a position with the City of Maumelle in Arkansas where she was responsible for many capital improvement projects as the assistant to the Mayor. Despite the heat, Sue decided to stay in the south and served as the office manager for a tools and equipment company from 1999 to present before joining the LBJ Construction team in August of 2011. Her organization and professional business practices make her a great asset to the company.
