Have used them to remodel a bathroom and a kitchen. Found them to be responsive and attentive to our needs. We needed the areas to be wheelchair accessible and they worked with us to achieve our goals. Finished ahead of schedule.

Breck and the team at LBJ did a fantastic job on our new build in the Heights, I consider us very "particular" customers, and their craftsman met or exceeded our expectations.

LBJ did my kitchen and den remodel for me. Jason was the project manager and worked very hard to meet with me weekly despite my hectic work schedule. The attention to detail was superb and they helped solve problems long after the project was finished. You can't go wrong with LBJ!

Like any remodel we had some surprises but LBJ came up with solutions. We have referred them to many friends and all have been very satisfied. We use their Handyman services frequently too.

No, but it sure does help if you do. Our free consultation meeting will help guide you on the process of your project.

Who will manage my remodeling project? Will they be available to answer my questions? Will they be on the job site regularly?

One of our professional project managers will be assigned to your build and they would be your main point of contact. With the use of modern technology and our project management system, Co-construct, we will be there to help guide you every step of the way. If you are removing or adding any walls inside or outside your home, an architect will be needed to prepare the drawings. If you are in need of an architect we have several that we trust and can bring to the table.

Once I signed my contract, how long will it take to begin work?

There are many factors that can contribute to the start of your project. Permitting, outside vendors, partnering architects and designers, and even the weather can delay the start of work on your project. An estimated time frame of beginning your project is 1-3 weeks after signing.

Who will take care of securing permits for my remodeling project?

Either our permit runner or our project managers will handle gathering all of the needed permits for your project.

How can I prepare my home for the project?

This depends on the scope of work, but you will be instructed by your project manager on what steps you need to take. you will most likely  want to remove all of your personal belongings from the area will be working in.

Can I live in my home during my renovation project?

This depends on the scope of the project. Depending of the area of your project you can be faced with some inconveniences. If you plan to live on site we carry out certain precautions to keep dust and debris at bay away from your family and pets.

Can i leave my belongings in my home during the renovation?

Yes, but we recommend removing everything possible in the area we working in. If certain pieces of furniture of fixture need to stay in the area, we will carry out our procedures to protect the remaining items.

What measures and procedures will be taken to protect my home from dust and debris that result from construction?

We cover floors, tape off areas with plastic sheets, and cover remaining furniture to ensure they are protected from the debris of the project.
