LBJ Construction Houston Home Maintenance
Buying a new home can be one of the biggest financial investments you make. A great way to protect that investment is with one of our LBJ Home Maintenance or HVAC Maintenance programs. Depending on your needs, these programs can occur monthly, quarterly, or bi-annually. Treating this as a preventative measure will help your home retain value and prevent high ticket repairs in the future. With one of our trained and experienced handyman team members, we can build a program that fits you and your investment needs.

Home Maintenance Program

Semi-Annual Home Inspection: 

$165.00 per Walk + Estimate

*recommended twice a year
• Home will be inspected in spring and fall (schedule of inspected items provided)
• Recommended repairs will be estimated
• Homeowner will approved/decline repairs
• Approved work will be completed
• Declined work will be signed off by the homeowner
• Homeowner also able to add “honey-do” items to scope

What services/repairs does LBJ’s Handyman provide and which services do you not provide?

We handle all aspects of home repair, maintenance, and minor remodeling; no job is too small or too big.

Who is sent to my house to do the work?

Our skilled handyman will evaluate the scope of work requested. We will determine if we will use a skilled tradesman or complete the work in house.

Can I get an estimate or price quote for my job?

Yes. An LBJ Handyman Specialist will make a site visit to walk the scope of work requested. Once complete, we will assemble an estimate for approval.

Are the estimates free?

Yes, for most work. We do charge for Pre-Purchase estimates for new home purchases. Please call for pricing.

Do you charge by the hour or by the job?

Both. We are happy to charge an hourly Time and Material rate for miscellaneous “Honey-Do” items. We are also happy to estimate the total cost of the scope of work and proved a written estimate. Our minimum charge for Handyman services is one hour.

What are my payment options?

We accept checks, wire transfers or credit card payments. There is a 3% convenience fee to process a credit card charge.

How can I schedule a service/repair with LBJ’s Handyman services?

Simply give us a call at 713-781-0169, fill out a contact form online, or download our Handyman app to schedule your service.

Do you work evenings or weekends?

Our Handyman hours are 7:30am – 4:30pm Monday – Friday. If extenuating circumstances arise, we may consider other hours.

If special materials or items are needed to be purchased for my job, how would this work?

LBJ Construction is happy to purchase any materials for the completion of your job and cover them under our warranty. There is a 20% markup on all materials purchased by LBJ Construction to complete your project. Special allowance items, such as knobs, fixtures or fans, can be supplied by the homeowner, but our warranty will not be extended to any items purchased by the homeowner.
